We met my parents in Florida and spent five days at Disney World. It was a blast. Carson asked if we could go to Mickey's house for several months after we got back. Then of course Christmas. I did put pictures up of that. This is the second Christmas we have spent away from family. It is relaxing but sad at the same time. We had dinner with friends and the kids enjoyed there gifts. We had three birthdays in early spring. Austin turned eight and was baptized. My parents, sister and nephews came for the special event. We went to the Georgia Aquarium while they were here and just enjoyed seeing each other and seeing how big the kids have gotten. Carson turned three and for his birthday we were in Chattanooga with Mark's parents. We went to Ruby falls and to Rock city. We also enjoyed an little train ride. We also celebrated Easter up there. Marks mom would hide the empty easter eggs and then the kids would look for them and not even care that nothing was inside them it was just the thrill of the hunt. I think my kids could have entertained themselves for hours like that. Preston turned five and we just stayed at home and celebrated with friends. Thanks to everyone whosent presents for the boys it was special for them to get gifts in the mail. Kylee had to have braces put back on. This time it is top and bottom. Her bottom jaw is under developed and we will be going to the orthodontist for the next few years trying to get that taken carre of. She is going to need some skin grafts for her gums because they rub funny on her bottom lip and we are hoping the herbst appliance will take care of the jaw so surgery is not required. I also finally got Carson potty trained. I was worried it would take forever but with a little help from Mark we did it over a weekend. The trick was to let him pee in the bushes.
School went well this year. I can hardly believe it is time for summer but it is. Kylee graduated from fifth grade and I am finding it hard to come to terms with the fact that she will be in middle school. She has grown so fast and I miss all of the little things, but I know that many new and exciting things are on there way. She was on the honor roll for all four semesters and three of those four she had straight A's. Her math grade dropped a little so she had a B(89.7%) in the thrid semester but she brought it back up to an A for the end of the school year. We are very proud of all the acomplishments she has achieved. Austin was straight A's all four semesters and his teacher said he was very nice and quiet at school. I want to know if there is a magic dust that makes kids behave at school because the minute they get home they are crazy. Austin also recieved the Citizen award for his class. Preston finished Pre-K. We were worried for the first little while that we might have a drop out but he toughed it out and really enjoyed it. Carson is just happy to have his sibblings home for the summer. Now it is not just boring old mom. I think that about catches you up to date. We are planning a Utah trip at the end of June first of July time period. Then I am trying to talk Mark into letting Kylee and I go to Washington to friends. Preston is having his tonsils out in July also so we will be busy. I will post all the pictures in a slide show so you can enjoy.The Williams Familyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04638536793728368041noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7902766069509882622.post-72966586789240469322009-12-25T10:22:00.000-08:002009-12-25T10:29:19.602-08:00Christmas Preview

The Williams Familyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04638536793728368041noreply@blogger.com2tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7902766069509882622.post-88159723819183007832009-11-09T13:21:00.000-08:002009-11-09T14:01:35.621-08:00Birthday, Pumpkin Patch, Split eyebrow and DecorationsA few weeks ago we had a wild and crazy day. The little girl up the road turned three and we went to her party. It was a lot of fun. She had a jumping princess castle and the back yard had princess pictures every where. They even had real ponies. The kids had so much fun. They ended up with so much food that they invited us back for dinner. After we helped clean up Preston had a bowling party to go to. So Mark took Preston and Austin to the bowling party and my friend and I decided to go to what is the best pumpkin patch in Columbus area. I thought it was going to be the kind of pumpkin patch that you go out in the field and pick your pumpkin. That was not the case. The pumpkins were already picked. All you do is walk around and pick what pumpkin you want.
I found an awesome one. Picked it up and the price was twenty dollars. For a pumpkin. Are you kidding me?
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 400px; height: 300px;" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_tTwo0NGy3oI/SviLP6O22jI/AAAAAAAAAK0/CDAkHTUFYw4/s400/DSCN2940.JPG" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5402220858476780082" />
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 400px; height: 300px;" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_tTwo0NGy3oI/SviLPi3VXJI/AAAAAAAAAKs/qHCIxRnjMd4/s400/DSCN2939.JPG" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5402220852204100754" />
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 400px; height: 300px;" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_tTwo0NGy3oI/SviLPTUL4iI/AAAAAAAAAKk/njcKvsUIQUI/s400/DSCN2937.JPG" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5402220848030147106" />
In the end we did end up with four small pumpkins, and two corn stalks.
There was a little hay ride that started and ended at a really cool spider.
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 400px; height: 300px;" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_tTwo0NGy3oI/SviMIP52SQI/AAAAAAAAALM/-lxH5nV3jiU/s400/DSCN2948.JPG" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5402221826366916866" />
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 400px; height: 300px;" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_tTwo0NGy3oI/SviMH09GReI/AAAAAAAAALE/5gwyaZTmvvw/s400/DSCN2947.JPG" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5402221819132790242" />
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 400px; height: 300px;" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_tTwo0NGy3oI/SviMHQCPe_I/AAAAAAAAAK8/iaK7TmFZqYQ/s400/DSCN2945.JPG" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5402221809222253554" />
After we were done with the Pumpkin Patch we went back to our friends to help eat the left overs. After we got done eating we were sitting on thier couches talking and of course my boys are being wild and crazy. One thing leads to another and Preston and Carson run towards Mark. Preston pushes Carson and he fell and hit his head in the one spot on their couches that was not padded. I picked him up and rolled him over and sure enough he had busted his eyebrow. My friend and her husband are asking if we need to take him to the ER. If any of you have spent endless hours at the ER you know the answer to this question is NO. I had some of the glue they use instead of stitches so I run home and grab it and we just glued the sucker shut.
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 300px; height: 400px;" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_tTwo0NGy3oI/SviOJkdNljI/AAAAAAAAALc/EZnSv-S61IQ/s400/DSCN2953.JPG" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5402224048087078450" />
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 400px; height: 300px;" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_tTwo0NGy3oI/SviOJcDF6QI/AAAAAAAAALU/iXCQrkKPIQM/s400/DSCN2951.JPG" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5402224045830039810" />
It has healed really good. We had to cut his eyebrow to get the glue out but because his eybrows are so blonde you can't tell he is missing one.
The next morning we decorated for halloween. I tied the cornstalks to my pillars out front. My friend got me two hay bails from her dad, and Mark made me a scarecrow. I thought it was pretty darn cute. We took three of the small pumpkins we had gotten from the pumpkin patch and made them into bats. I got this idea out of the family fun magazine.
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 400px; height: 300px;" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_tTwo0NGy3oI/SviPOFoBWFI/AAAAAAAAALk/J6XBhfoLkM8/s400/DSCN2988.JPG" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5402225225221888082" />
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 400px; height: 300px;" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_tTwo0NGy3oI/SviRJF9UIXI/AAAAAAAAAL0/wZrK8CLjLJI/s400/DSCN2966.JPG" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5402227338435109234" />
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 300px; height: 400px;" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_tTwo0NGy3oI/SviRIuIiw3I/AAAAAAAAALs/gBLNiLyN6qA/s400/DSCN2957.JPG" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5402227332039754610" />The Williams Familyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04638536793728368041noreply@blogger.com2tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7902766069509882622.post-21354320371298745582009-11-09T12:47:00.000-08:002009-11-09T14:11:53.028-08:00HalloweenI have been listening to the soundtrack to the broadway show Wicked. I love it. So I get this grand idea to have everone dress up like a character from the movie Wizard of Oz. Kylee said she would be the witch so great thats one down. Austin wants to be a scarecrow . Great two down. Carson wants to be a lion. Yes three down. I figured I would be Dorothy and Mark could be the wizard of oz. Now for Preston. We told him he was going to be a tin man for halloween. He did not want to be that he wanted to be a police man, as he calls it, I was having none of that. We were dressing up as the Wizard of Oz, people. Preston is only four surely I will win this battle. NOT. In the end Kylee was a witch but a sparkle witch. Austin was a cute scarecrow. Carson made the perfect lion. Preston, well he did make a pretty cute cop.
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 400px; height: 268px;" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_tTwo0NGy3oI/SviCg99NR7I/AAAAAAAAAKE/jIJEgUNnkWs/s400/DSC_0099.JPG" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5402211255929620402" />
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 288px; height: 400px;" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_tTwo0NGy3oI/SviCguO4GbI/AAAAAAAAAJ8/0Bj7bsu5WyM/s400/Scarecrow2.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5402211251708762546" />
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 399px; height: 400px;" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_tTwo0NGy3oI/SviCgdPBSHI/AAAAAAAAAJ0/JC6IzUemTnU/s400/Lion.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5402211247145961586" />
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 294px; height: 400px;" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_tTwo0NGy3oI/SviCgPIbUSI/AAAAAAAAAJs/651wvQ87leU/s400/cop.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5402211243360211234" />
On Halloween night we had a neighborhood had ride it was a blast. We loaded the kids up on the trailer, which was covered with bales of hay, and then we drove them to the neighborhood down the road. They got to go to quite a few houses before it started to rain. Mark abandoned me to go get the pizzas for the party after wards so my friend helped me with my kids. Actually it was just with Carson because he was to cute to stay away from. I am not sure what is up with Austin's hand signal.
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 400px; height: 268px;" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_tTwo0NGy3oI/SviEaHR7FUI/AAAAAAAAAKU/Il3LaBCuyOE/s400/group.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5402213337196598594" />
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 372px; height: 400px;" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_tTwo0NGy3oI/SviDEP8hBrI/AAAAAAAAAKM/3eG3QXHR7zY/s400/lion3.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5402211862053979826" />
One of the families got a guy from work to come and take pictures of the kids while trick or treating. He did a great job there is one picture of Carson. We had pizza. The kids bobbed for apples and played pin the tail on the black cat. We bought down the fire pit and the kids roasted marshmellows and had smores. We did forget to light our pumpkins until we were done for the night so we lite the once so the kids could see them.
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 400px; height: 300px;" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_tTwo0NGy3oI/SviSeZ1VB3I/AAAAAAAAAMU/hQMVtA2QYpA/s400/DSCN2973.JPG" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5402228804059203442" />
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 400px; height: 300px;" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_tTwo0NGy3oI/SviSeHFJihI/AAAAAAAAAMM/vzqWOLwyEKQ/s400/DSCN2984.JPG" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5402228799025285650" />
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 400px; height: 300px;" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_tTwo0NGy3oI/SviSd16N93I/AAAAAAAAAME/03edk9dQlvk/s400/DSCN2986.JPG" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5402228794416035698" />
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 400px; height: 300px;" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_tTwo0NGy3oI/SviSdoJ__tI/AAAAAAAAAL8/VzX0XnQBJVY/s400/DSCN2987.JPG" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5402228790724132562" />The Williams Familyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04638536793728368041noreply@blogger.com2tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7902766069509882622.post-46310518593915282922009-10-07T06:17:00.000-07:002009-10-07T06:51:26.137-07:00Georgia FunThis past few weeks have been a busy one. When we had the house built we had a long hall way that went from the garage to the powder room. We had them add a bench with storage under it. When we moved in the space still seemed empty so I made Mark get to work a couple of weekends ago. He built some awesome shelves to go above it. I think he did a really good job, don't you?
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 300px; height: 400px;" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_tTwo0NGy3oI/SsyYa_ZF48I/AAAAAAAAAI8/7DGBwmfl7Bo/s400/DSCN2926.JPG" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5389850443516339138" />
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 400px; height: 300px;" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_tTwo0NGy3oI/SsyYajHMPiI/AAAAAAAAAI0/35ng_amosM0/s400/DSCN2923.JPG" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5389850435925065250" />
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 300px; height: 400px;" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_tTwo0NGy3oI/SsyYaD4YsDI/AAAAAAAAAIs/ilXTu62bc2Y/s400/DSCN2911.JPG" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5389850427541467186" />
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 400px; height: 300px;" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_tTwo0NGy3oI/SsyYZ17f4ZI/AAAAAAAAAIk/ec-QZm0FDrg/s400/DSCN2921.JPG" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5389850423796425106" />
I also had to do something that I have a really hard time doing which was let Mark have Carsons hair cut. I think he has perfect beach hair so I have kept it shaggy. Preston decided Carson needed a hair cut so he found some scissors and cut some off the top. Mark had to take him in to get it fixed. Here are some before and after pics.
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 400px; height: 300px;" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_tTwo0NGy3oI/SsyZihPJvgI/AAAAAAAAAJM/v8tgb3CUxmg/s400/DSCN2842.JPG" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5389851672372166146" />
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 300px; height: 400px;" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_tTwo0NGy3oI/SsyZiHGSQQI/AAAAAAAAAJE/WCLzPOgufHs/s400/DSCN2832.JPG" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5389851665355653378" />
This month I also decided I would start sewing. I ordered a bunch of fabric from fabric.com. I am planning on making a picnic blanket but I decided to make a apron first.
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 300px; height: 400px;" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_tTwo0NGy3oI/SsyazjyA3rI/AAAAAAAAAJk/qRdhE2vBcx4/s400/DSCN2905.JPG" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5389853064624660146" />
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 400px; height: 300px;" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_tTwo0NGy3oI/SsyazNATdvI/AAAAAAAAAJc/YUeNFiHxmOI/s400/DSCN2904.JPG" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5389853058510583538" />
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 300px; height: 400px;" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_tTwo0NGy3oI/Ssyay0fMXGI/AAAAAAAAAJU/wObKsqqjkL4/s400/DSCN2902.JPG" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5389853051929255010" />
This was suppose to be for the little girl up the road. Her birthday is this weekend but I found her the cutest little tutu and barett in the Georgia colors at the Cotton pickin fair in Gay, Georgia. So I gave this to Kylee. She loves it. I got the pattern from a blog a friend sent me. It has a little chefs hat to go with it but Kylee just wanted the apron. Now all the boys want me to make them one. I am going to do theirs in Camo. I think it turned out really good considering it is the first thing I have sewn scince Kylee was about two. This just about covers the little projects that are going on in our house for now. Next month Mark is planning on building up the area where the swing set is going to go, so I will make sure I post pictures of him working hard. He is really checking off that Honey do list.The Williams Familyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04638536793728368041noreply@blogger.com5tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7902766069509882622.post-75018806930408397032009-09-11T08:32:00.000-07:002009-09-11T10:22:08.724-07:00SummerWell I know this is kind of back peddeling but I wanted to update everyone on our summer. This summer a lot of fun things happened. First we spent many great days with great friends at Sea World seeing the animals and enjoying the cool and refreshing water park. Next we got to go spend a weekend with the same great friends at the beach down in Corpus Cristi. We had a blast. We sunscreened the kids really good but most of the Adults got really toasted. The Sunday we were there we decided not to swim and to take a ride out to Mustang Island. At Mustang Island there are two levys (not sure if I spelled that right) they are far enough apart that you can play in this area but close enough together that the under current is horrible. We were all walking on the beach when I turned around and saw Mark running into the water clothes on and all. My first instict is that one of my kids have gotten pulled out so I did a quick head count and realized it was someone elses child. The mom was swimming out to get the little boy but you could tell she was getting tired so my husband went out and helped this lady and her little boy get out of the water. It was kinda scary. I always knew my husband was a hero. Our friend now calls Mark a god and says he is not worthy to be in his presence.
Our next big journey was our trip to Utah where my baby brother got marrried. We were really excited to be able to join them for this occasion. Had they decided to wait another few months we would not have all been able to come. We really love his wife she was already a part of the family but now they made it official so I guess we are stuck with her. J/K Amanda you know we love you. The kids had a blast in Utah we pulled the trailer out to Burston's pond and camped one night. Then my dad came out and cooked in the dutch oven which is always a must when we are there. We roasted marshmallows at my parents house in there fire pit. The kids had a blast playing with the cousins. We also went boating. My brother-in-law- took his families boat out to Yuba. He hooked up the tube and pulled the kids around and then it was the Adults turn. The knee board was a blast. It took several attempts from me before I finally got up but in the end I did it. I was so pround of myself and my arms were sore the next day.
After we got back from Utah we had to say goodbye to some friends who move to Washington. We knew it was coming so I thought I was prepared but as they pulled away I lost it. I had another friend at the house so we cried together knowing we would have to do it all ove again in two weeks when I left. Kylee had a hard time also my friend had two girls that Kylee spent a lot of time with.
I then celebrated my birthday. I turned the big 30. It was not bad. I thought it would be hard but it was just another day. I was probably to busy to worry about it.
Next came our move. The packers came and packed the house. They had it scheduled for a three day back but they were done in one and a half. We had to spend a weekend with all of our stuff packed up. It is really hard to explain to a two year old why he can't have his things. The loaders came and loaded us up eveything went smooth. Then we had to clean the house. The housing office is suppose to be really picky so we cleaned into the wee hours. Mark ended up staying longer then the kids and I he didn't get back to the hotel until two in the morning. Then he went back for the inspection the next moring at eight. They didn't look at anything. They walked in said it looked good and walked out. THe one lady was scared of basements so they didn't even go down in the basement. When Mark told me that I was mad that we had wasted all that time but what are you going to do? Next came the leaving part. drove over to afriends house to get the loading of the vehicles right and then we had to say goodbye. It was really difficult again. I cried while I was driving. What am I talking about I still cry when I here certain songs I had great friends in Texas and I know they will always be my friends.
That puts us to Georgia. We are loving it here in the house and the kids already have made some awesome friends. The little kids line up at the end of the culdesac. One rings our doorbell and when we answer they yell can the kids play. It is really cute. Up the road lives a family that have two older boys. One is in middle school and one is in Highschool. Thes boys love Preston. They think he is th coolest thing. He will do anything they try and they think that is cool. They have a bike ramp that all the kids jump. I had taken Preston't bike away from him because he wouldn't get on the school bus. Well Preston didn't need a bike he would run up it and then jump off and do some little trick in the air. I wish I would have gotten a picture.
We have met some really nice families that live in our neigborhood. They are all really nice and have been good friends. They came over to help us celebrate Kylee's birthday. We were just having cake and ice cream. I told them not to bring presents but every family showed up with one.
Mark and I built a fence that will hold in the kids. It was quite a project but it was a lot of fun. Mark and I work good together. I don't think we got in any fights. We had several people come out and give us a quote on building it and in the end we did it for half what they had quoted. Georgia doesn't get terribly hot but the humidity will kill you. We drank several containers of water and Mark ruined several T-shirts friom sweating. I was hoping I would lose weight but that didn't happen.
We love our house and once I get it put all together like I want it I will post some pictures. For now enjoy the slide show above. It has the pictures that go along with this blog.The Williams Familyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04638536793728368041noreply@blogger.com3tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7902766069509882622.post-40936266982884657742009-07-29T10:40:00.000-07:002009-07-29T10:46:21.870-07:00GeorgiaWell as most of you know we have made the move to Georgia. It is beautiful here. I love the green and trees everywhere. We are currently in a Hotel waiting for our stuff to be delivered. This move had to have been one of the hardest for us. We had some really great friends that we spent a lot of time with. Leaving them behind was really difficult. Hopefully we will see some of them this coming Thanksgiving. The other friends only the future knows. My house is done and beautiful. When I get my regular computer I will post pictures. THe kids are excited to move into the house and have their own space again. I am excited about the space. I will keep everyone updated on my life here and anything fun we do.The Williams Familyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04638536793728368041noreply@blogger.com4tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7902766069509882622.post-25066115627181240072009-06-02T05:36:00.000-07:002009-06-02T05:57:45.297-07:00SoccerKylee and Austin played soccer again this year. Kylee was on the same team but for some reason Austin was on a different one. It was good for him. A lot of the kids on his team were younger then him. He had to learn to deal with all sorts of kids. There were a couple of kids on his team who were really lazy and they were kinda cry babies. By the end of the season they had improved a ton and his team was actually scoring goals. Needless to say they did not win a game but it is non competitive so they all got trophies anyway. I made the poor kid go and watch the games with his broken arm he was not to happy.
Kylee's team did awesome. They did lose two games but it was the first game they had lost in two years. Kylee has only been on the team for one. Kylee is really aggresive and gets in the middle of everyone to get the ball. She did take the ball a couple of time from her team mates not realizing that it was her own team who had the ball. She also got pushed down twice in one game. A lot of the teams were really handsie but Kylee's team was told if they pushed they would sit on the bench the rest of the game. After Kylee was pushed down I was tempted to tell her to push the girl back but decided as the bigger person I would not want her to act like that. It was fun yelling and cheering both of them on and me and the other soccer mom's on Kylee's team decided in ten or so years the girls willl be on Oprah whinning about how their mom's were so embarassing at the soccer games but what fun is it to have kids if you can't embarass them?
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 400px; height: 300px;" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_tTwo0NGy3oI/SiUgTToU80I/AAAAAAAAAIM/8oaqySK3kik/s400/Kylee+soccer+spring+2009+San+Antonio+(3).JPG" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5342712049003983682" />
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 400px; height: 300px;" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_tTwo0NGy3oI/SiUgTUrUJEI/AAAAAAAAAIE/Z-h_QT88uiI/s400/Kylee+soccer+spring+2009+San+Antonio.JPG" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5342712049284949058" />
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 400px; height: 300px;" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_tTwo0NGy3oI/SiUgTKBCHaI/AAAAAAAAAH8/O6d9PDYGDCY/s400/Austin+soccer+Spring+2009+San+Antonio+(4).JPG" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5342712046423252386" />
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 400px; height: 300px;" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_tTwo0NGy3oI/SiUgSxta7qI/AAAAAAAAAH0/gcRrfWGvcLE/s400/Austin+soccer+Spring+2009+San+Antonio+(8).JPG" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5342712039898541730" />
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 400px; height: 300px;" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_tTwo0NGy3oI/SiUgSr5PZmI/AAAAAAAAAHs/FddGVfdF7V4/s400/Austin+soccer+Spring+2009+San+Antonio+(3).JPG" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5342712038337504866" />
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 400px; height: 300px;" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_tTwo0NGy3oI/SiUg4muMH3I/AAAAAAAAAIc/-Bipij3tYmM/s400/Kylee+soccer+spring+2009+San+Antonio+(8).JPG" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5342712689784004466" />
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 400px; height: 300px;" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_tTwo0NGy3oI/SiUg4TZblUI/AAAAAAAAAIU/1dIghU_hp-g/s400/Kylee+soccer+spring+2009+San+Antonio+(6).JPG" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5342712684596663618" />The Williams Familyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04638536793728368041noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7902766069509882622.post-90316498514608175762009-05-21T12:23:00.000-07:002009-05-21T14:52:00.357-07:00A lotIt has been a while so I will try to catch you up to what is going on in my life.
Easter went great. We had dinner with some friends and then the kids did an Easter egg hunt around our friends yard. One of our friends made the GRAND EGG as they called it and it had ten dollars in it. Kylee found this egg and couldn't help but rub it in everyones faces. I finally had to tell her I would take it away if she kept saying "Ha I got the big one". It was a ton of fun. After Easter our life got back to normal. Mark was enrolled in the Captains Career course so he had a little free time which was nice. We decided scince Mark was in this course and even though he had some free time he would also have to go to classes through lunch so we got passes to Sea World and the boys and I load up and meet our friends there almost every Thursday. I am going to post all the pictures in a slide show at the bottom. We have celebrated two birthdays. Carson turned Two the first of April and Preston turned Four the middle of April. I also got an Awesome scrapbooking desk from Hoby Loby for Mothers day, Birthday and Christmas. I would have to say the most exciting thing happened about three weeks ago. I got a call from the school telling me Austin had bumped his head but he was fine and could stay in school. THis drives me nuts. I know they are just covering their butts, but I hate when they call and there is nothing wrong with your kid. So the next day I get a call again from the school nurse telling me that Austin had fell playing basketball in P.E. and she thought I needed to come get him and look at his arm. What? I am not a trained murse like she is. I call Mark because I had a friend who was hanging out at my house for the day. He goes and picks him up and sure enough Austin had broken his upper arm. It was a small break and did not need surgery but I am still upset about the way the nurse had handled it, I was also mad at the school for having loose balls rolling around on the gym floor but what are you going to do. He should get his cast of on Tuesday which really suprised me they said about six weeks but when they looked at the bone through the Floroscopi the doctor told us she was taking the cast of on the day after Memorial day. Hopefully we can keep him from doing anything else to it.
Our house in Georgia is finally started to look like a house. They got the outside bricked and sided. They are now going to start on the inside and hopefull we will have pictures in a few weeks of that.
THat has pretty much been my life. I am starting to get sad because it is getting close to moving time and I am going to really miss my friends that I have made here. I am also really going to miss my calling as the Primary President at church. I will miss everyone of the kids I have gotten to know.
Hope you enjoy the pics.

The Williams Familyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04638536793728368041noreply@blogger.com2tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7902766069509882622.post-19399014463737293572009-03-12T09:43:00.001-07:002009-03-12T09:59:50.840-07:00PlumbingSorry it has been so long scince I posted a blog. I have been busy. Mark and I went to Georgia to look for houses and my parents came and took care of my kids. A big thanks to them for doing this. I know it is not easy to watch my children.
After we got home we started having plumbing problems, at first it was just some gray colored water that came up through the drain on the floor. We called housing to fix it and they came out and snaked the line. They told us it was fine to use so we did and two days later more water came up so they came back and did it again. Told us we could use it again that the line was clear. So after a couple more times of coming out they finally sent a plumber out to look at the problem. The plumber filmed the lines and told us housing would get back to us. This was on a Friday night so on Sunday the 1st our sewer backed up again but this time it was not just water that came up. It was really gross. I couldn't clean it up because I was dry heaving the whole time so my husband, who is the greatest ever, cleaned it up. That night he called the housing office line and told them he wanted a manager out here first thing in the morning they showed up at noon. When I went to open the basment door for them I stept in a pile of crap that came up from the sewer again. Well to make a story a little shorter the put us in a Hotel until Tuesday. They had to put n a new sewer line and replace a pipe under the floor in the basement.
That is not even the best part. On Wednesday night I got really sick. It was coming out of both ends for two days. I could not get out of bed all day on Thursday. I stopped throwing up on Friday morning but still had the other problem. I went to the doctor and he said I had Roto Virus more then likely form the sewage that was in the basement. Now I don't want you to think I didn't wash my hands after being down in all that crap becasue I did. I have been wondering if I got it from touching something the plumbers touched after handling the little snake tool because I don't think they washed there hands even once while they were down there.
I know it is very gross but I thought I would share it with everyone.The Williams Familyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04638536793728368041noreply@blogger.com5tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7902766069509882622.post-2685835980053235632009-02-10T07:45:00.001-08:002009-02-10T08:03:09.522-08:00BoysIn my last blog I told you I had a mess to clean up. So here is the story. Last week I was woeking out on my Wii Fit when Preston came in covered in something that resembled flour. He tells me that Carson spilled something all over the toy room and then he showed me the box it was in. Turned out to be cornstarch. I thought it was really funny at first so I took a couple of photos.
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 400px; height: 270px;" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_tTwo0NGy3oI/SZGiHVWs1wI/AAAAAAAAAHY/G3wyRml9LGk/s400/678177-R3-23-1A.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5301196483266926338" />
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 270px; height: 400px;" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_tTwo0NGy3oI/SZGiHKQM9ZI/AAAAAAAAAHQ/kir-P0Cl2UE/s400/678177-R3-20-4A.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5301196480286881170" />
Well I decided it was not that funny after I tried to clean it up. I had to soak all of the toys and there is still a fine layer of white powder on most of the toys. He must of been standing when he poured it out because it went airborne. While trying to vaccum it up I clogged my both vaccums filters and had to take the vaccums all apart and clena them. I finally decided to just get on my hands and knees with a bucket of water and wipe it up.
We have realized we have to watch Carson constantly. He is always spraying Febreeze or BAM in the dog food. One of these days we are going to find her dead because Carson poisoned her with some chemical.
Then to make matters worst I got some hate letters from my daughter. Oh the fun we are going to have with her as she gets older.
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 284px; height: 400px;" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_tTwo0NGy3oI/SZGjlcwNndI/AAAAAAAAAHg/cAzVTTDQ0-c/s400/Kylee+hate+notes+to+Mom.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5301198100160683474" />
Hopefully these are readable. It is on days like these that I am glad I only have one girl, but then again when the boys are making messes I wish I had less boys.
I do really love them and I know that when I look back I will be able to laugh at the messe and the craziness in my life. I just hope it comes before I go crazy.The Williams Familyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04638536793728368041noreply@blogger.com5tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7902766069509882622.post-6494767719015295392009-02-02T12:00:00.000-08:002009-02-02T12:15:18.487-08:00Oh, the places I've beenI was looking at all of my pictures the other day and I realized how lucky I am to have been as many places as I have been. Mark and I have taken our kids to see several different states and we have seen a lot of cool things in these states. Kylee and Austin have lived in four different states so far and they both have gotten to visit seventeen different states. Most of this has been possible because Mark is in the army. We have friends all over the U.S because of the army.
I am glad that my children have gotten to see all of these different places and the best part about it is we still have several more places to go.
We will be moving to Georgia in the summer and with that move we are planning on going to Nashville, I would like to go to North Carolina, and we are planning a trip to Disneyworld later on this year.
We have all been blessed from this job. I have become more independent from my family. I miss them but being away forces me to find friends in the neghborhood and at church. My kids will have to learn to say goodbye to there friends at school and at church but they will also have to learn how to be long distance friends. I know the packing and the moving can be hard on them but I truly believe it will make them stronger and more independent adults.
Sorry this blog is reall yoff the wall but that is just how I am. I have a mess to clean up I will have to tell you about it later but right now I am just to angry about it.The Williams Familyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04638536793728368041noreply@blogger.com3tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7902766069509882622.post-6106156874527625362009-01-16T13:56:00.000-08:002009-01-16T14:21:47.774-08:00This weekI am just going to skip what happened the week of New Years and just go to now. The kids made it back to school and we have finally settled back into a routine just in time for them to get MLK day off. Kylee is starting to do some more work for school on the computer so she can improve her math scores. Math doesn't come natural for her. She is more like me than Mark. Carson still wakes up and asks were the kids are. The few weeks off really threw him for a loop.
We went to the zoo on Saturday with some friends. Actually we ended up going twice that day. We have a membership so going twice in one day is not that big of deal. Mark and I took our kids in the morning and then just as we were leaving from the zoo our friends called and asked if we wanted to go with them. We went home and ate and then loaded the kids up and went again.
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 400px; height: 300px;" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_tTwo0NGy3oI/SXEFkoOiYqI/AAAAAAAAAGg/ILLNJCkCYf8/s400/Kids+at+zoo+Jan+2009.JPG" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5292017163968864930" />
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 400px; height: 300px;" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_tTwo0NGy3oI/SXEGZwIAGmI/AAAAAAAAAHA/EjgZbXlQB4U/s400/Preston+and+Devry+Being+Monkeys+Zoo+Jan+2009.JPG" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5292018076622002786" />
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 400px; height: 300px;" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_tTwo0NGy3oI/SXEGZl8irhI/AAAAAAAAAG4/8P1AuXyyMM4/s400/Preston+and+Devry+at+zoo+Jan+2009+(2).JPG" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5292018073889582610" />
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 400px; height: 300px;" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_tTwo0NGy3oI/SXEGZQedOhI/AAAAAAAAAGw/aCv59FSl8xM/s400/Kylee,+Brianne+and+Mckinlee+at+zoo+Jan+2009.JPG" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5292018068126251538" />
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 400px; height: 300px;" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_tTwo0NGy3oI/SXEGZOTry2I/AAAAAAAAAGo/_E0VIP-jJoo/s400/Kids+at+zoo+with+Lausch+family+Jan+2009.JPG" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5292018067544197986" />
Austin was a little upset. Our friends have four little girls and two of them are Kylee's BFF's. It is hard for Ausitn. Mark and I got thinking about our friends and most of them only have girls. I feel really bad for him.
Mark and I have been searching for a house in Georgia. It is really hard to see what a house really looks like when all you have to look at is pictures on web pages. We wanted to live on post but the houses are only 1396 sq ft. I have way to much crap to fit into a house that size. I know I could probably make it work but until I see the layout I am thinking no.
Well that has been the extent of our lifes for the last week. I have the neighbor boy for the weekend so I need to go and see what kind of trouble him and Austin are into.The Williams Familyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04638536793728368041noreply@blogger.com3tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7902766069509882622.post-52214017228184649112009-01-12T11:21:00.000-08:002009-01-12T11:37:30.069-08:00ChristmasSorry it has been awhile. I will just summarize our Christmas so this blog won't be extremely long. I alos won't be posting pictures. Sorry. I was so excitied on christmas morning I forgot to take pictures. We did video the whole thing so we do have some memories of it.
Christmas was good. We stayed home the whole day. I really missed my family but I am glad we stayed home. It saved us a ton of money and it was kinda nice staying around the house.
For christmas we tried not to spoil our kids. I have a frien who lives in Tucson who has three girls. On christmas they each get three gifts because that is what Jesus recieved at his birth. We did go over three gifts but it did get me thinking that I had gotten side tracked over the last few years on what christmas is really about. So next year it will be three gifts per kid.
Kylee got a new radio, a vase, and a clock to go in her room. The rest of her gifts were books and some new clothes.
Austin got a real bow, a vacuum, some drawing things and some books. Now I know you are all wondering why Austin got a vacuum. THat is all the kid has wanted scince we went to my parents house and they had a little vacuum. He loves it and is always vacuuming the floors upstairs.
Preston got a Wii Deigo game, a animal safari tree house, a game and some books.
Poor Carson only got one present. He got a bounce and spin interactive pony. He likes it a lot. He also got a book.
I would like to thank both my family and Mark's family for the wonderful gifts. THe kids enjoyed all of them. I want to thank my grandma for thinking about us also.
We had some friends come over for dinner we also had both sets of missionaries over. Nobody was feeding them dinner and I am sorry but you can't eat fast food for Christmas dinner.
Well that just about sums up our christmas it was a little longer than I thought.
I hope everyone enjoyed.The Williams Familyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04638536793728368041noreply@blogger.com3tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7902766069509882622.post-67526166830867256052008-12-16T10:57:00.000-08:002008-12-16T11:29:17.317-08:00Santa ClausWe had our church christmas party on Saturday night. The reason I call it church instead of ward is becasue it is three wards combined. I really miss the big wards in Utah. Even New Mexico had larger wards. We havve to combine in order to have enough people to do anything. It really isn't that bad. Anyway back to christmas party. It was a lot of fun. We ate dinner and then we sang some christmas songs as a group. Then Santa came. This was the funniest part. I hope no kids are reading this. Santa was our friend from down the road. My friend has four girls. Her second to youngest is Preston's age so she is three. She was so funny. I would ask her if she wanted to sit on Santa's lap and after looking at him for a few minutes she would say to me "That's not Santa that's my dad." I keep trying to convince her that it was santa but in the end she never believed me.
Well my kids all sat on his lap. Carson cried, and Preston hid his face, but the other two know who it was so they did just fine. I even got Mark to sit on Santa's lap. He told him he wanted a new wife for christmas.
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 400px; height: 300px;" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_tTwo0NGy3oI/SUf94f8TgjI/AAAAAAAAAFg/mzdYc9QM2jw/s400/DSCN1746.JPG" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5280468235204133426" />
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 400px; height: 300px;" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_tTwo0NGy3oI/SUf94MzESNI/AAAAAAAAAFY/vc9ZuMugJSw/s400/DSCN1744.JPG" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5280468230065113298" />
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 400px; height: 300px;" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_tTwo0NGy3oI/SUf936GbC7I/AAAAAAAAAFQ/xyo1RCLqtIc/s400/DSCN1743.JPG" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5280468225046023090" />
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 400px; height: 300px;" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_tTwo0NGy3oI/SUf-XnQQthI/AAAAAAAAAFo/Zp2OiXU7ngM/s400/DSCN1748.JPG" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5280468769742829074" />
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 400px; height: 300px;" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_tTwo0NGy3oI/SUf_an0lPeI/AAAAAAAAAF4/_1kVK-r4-RE/s400/DSCN1750.JPG" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5280469920946404834" />
We finally got our tree all the way up. I bought a tree topper last night. It has been extremely warm here so it doesn't even fell like it should be Christmas. We did get a cold spell last week and it was cold enough that we got a little ice or snow fall I am not sure what it was. I took picture's. It is also cold today but later this week it is suppose to warm back up to about 80 degree's. It is really hard to get into the christmas spirit when you are wearing short sleeve shirts and capri pant's. My kids also keep asking when it is going to snow. Preston thinks Santa only comes when it snow's. He is going to be really suprised when he realize's that this is not true and he is wearing short's on christmas day. O well I guess that is how life goes. Eventually we will get back to snow. It will just take a couple of more years. In the mean time my family and friends who are in Utah had better enjoy and take some picture's of your white christmas for me.
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 300px; height: 400px;" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_tTwo0NGy3oI/SUf93ciQH0I/AAAAAAAAAFI/RQ8ci19oVBY/s400/DSCN1715.JPG" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5280468217109684034" />
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 300px; height: 400px;" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_tTwo0NGy3oI/SUf93BYpj_I/AAAAAAAAAFA/3kRxTUCrhWs/s400/DSCN1714.JPG" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5280468209821650930" />
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 400px; height: 300px;" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_tTwo0NGy3oI/SUf-YMqcXoI/AAAAAAAAAFw/vjN27GdUFWI/s400/DSCN1705.JPG" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5280468779784756866" />
We also recieved christmas presents' from my family this week. After I took the presents out of the box and put them under the tree Austin climbed in the box and wanted to be mailed to Utah to see Grandpa and Grandma. After he got out then all the kids wanted to go. The only one who was not quite sure about hte box once he got in was Carson.
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 300px; height: 400px;" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_tTwo0NGy3oI/SUgAujLLQfI/AAAAAAAAAGY/UxEPUVQn93U/s400/DSCN1724.JPG" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5280471362808005106" />
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 300px; height: 400px;" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_tTwo0NGy3oI/SUgAuK6TxRI/AAAAAAAAAGQ/vv7YTq-Ysv0/s400/DSCN1722.JPG" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5280471356294808850" />
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 300px; height: 400px;" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_tTwo0NGy3oI/SUgAtGMQVoI/AAAAAAAAAGI/QsXLbslfaDg/s400/DSCN1719.JPG" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5280471337848034946" />
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 300px; height: 400px;" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_tTwo0NGy3oI/SUgAswH-bJI/AAAAAAAAAGA/EXM3uTUD20s/s400/DSCN1717.JPG" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5280471331924503698" />
That is really all that has gone on this week. We are getting ready for our first Christmas break without family. We have always seen family around this time of year but this year we saw everyone earlier. I am going to miss everyone but I am excited that we have friends who will be staying here also and we are planning on having christmas time fun with them.The Williams Familyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04638536793728368041noreply@blogger.com2tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7902766069509882622.post-32604337491374617402008-12-08T10:39:00.000-08:002008-12-08T11:10:40.415-08:00New MexicoWe went to New Mexico after Thanksgiving which I know sounds wierd. Most people go over Thanksgiving vacation to see family we went the week after. We were not going just to see family Mark drew out for an Ibex hunt and that was the best week to go. It was the opening week and Mark likes to hunt the opening week. I am not a hunter I don't understand what the difference in what week you go makes. He asked our brother-in-law to help him with this hunt which apparently it is an extremely hard hunt to do by yourself. It is up in the florita mountains and they are extremely rocky. So the first day they take Austin with them and I am expecting to go and pick him up the next morning. They were going to camp. Well they didn't set up camp when they got there, they got lost and the wind was blowing to hard to put a tent up and start a fire when they found there camp site again. Mark told me later the only thing they feed Austin all day was a couple of Granola bars. Well as you can guess Austin did not want to go the next day.
So the next day Mark and now our brother-in-laws, Conrad and Jess go with Mark. Mark did get an Ibex in the morning so they were back later in the afternoon. It was on an angle so when he shot it the bullet went in his side and come out through the spine. The also had quite the hike to get up to it.
I am really greatful that we have brother in laws who will help Mark out with things like this on both sides of the family.
We ended up staying the rest of the week in Las Cruces to celebrate a German Holiday with Mark's family calle St. Nicholas eve. We as a family have celebrated this holiday scince Mark and I got married his family has celebrated it scince the late 1970's when they lived in Germany. It is a fun holiday to celebrate. We have a big meal and then Jackie, Mark's mom, explains what and who St. nick is. That night the kids put there shoes in front of the door and the next morning they have candy and a few little wood toys in them. The one thing they alwasy get is a horse decoration because that is what pulls St. Nicks sleigh. Of course my camera died the morning of shoe opening so I only got a picture of Austin.
All in all it was a great trip. Mark's family did get the throwing up bug again while we were there but we managed to avoid it so far.

The Williams Familyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04638536793728368041noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7902766069509882622.post-85754401023227402442008-12-08T10:09:00.000-08:002008-12-08T10:37:41.932-08:00Everything wrapped into oneHopefully I can get everything into one blog and it is not extremely long. I have to go back to before Halloween.
As most of you know I am the Primary President in our ward. We had our first primary program sometime ago and I was really surprised that it went okay. The children sang really loud and they for the most part were really well behaved on the stage. It didn't run over it was a perfect amount of time. It helps a lot when you have great teachers, choristers, pianists, and counselers.
We had a blast Carving Pumpkins. I don't know what it is but we can only keep our kids attentino for about two minutes when it comes time to carve. They are always really excited up to the point but then they lose interest and Mark and I end up doing all the work. Let me rephrase that. Mark ends up doing all the work. It think pumpkin guts are gross. I can't touch them and apparently neither can our children. Carson would look in the Punpkin and I believe we got him to stick his hand in the top of one once. Other then that he just wanted to see what Mark was doing. Mark did an awesome job at carving them.
Halloween was fun. When we were looking for costumes Mark found a Scooby doo costume and decided we had just the right numbers for Mystery Inc. So we ordered the scooby doo costumes, and the Dafny costume online the rest we kinda found every where else. Goodwill is and excelent place to find stuff for costumes. That is were my skirt and Austins shirt came from. Mark had every thing for his except the red ascot. That we had to improvise. We bought a little girls pair of red tights and tied them around his neck. He was a good sport. He walked around with us while trick or treating and several people commented on how great we looked. The kids got a ton of candy that we got to hand out the next night at trunk or treat at our church. So we still enden up with a lot that is still down stairs in a bowl because my kids only like the chocolate.

The Williams Familyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04638536793728368041noreply@blogger.com2tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7902766069509882622.post-6309557857700843052008-12-05T08:29:00.000-08:002008-12-05T08:41:29.088-08:00A Long timeIt has been a really long time scince I have posted and I am really sorry for those who like to read what is going on in my life. Right now we are in New Mexico visiting Mark's family. Mark was drawn out for a once in a life time hunt for an animal called an Ibex. It is some kind of African goat. It figures the year we leave New Mexico he would be drawn out and we would need to come back, but we don't mind we get to see family. He did get one and I will post pictures when we get back to Texas. I also have my Halloween Pictures I need to post and I promise that is on the top of the priority list.
We had a great time at Thanksgiving time. We celebrated the holiday with friends from Tucson. These are our friends we met in Alabama and we were really blessed when they ended up moving to Arizona. We have been able to keep in touch and see them at least once a year. It was a blast. We of course stayed up late to play our favorite game Settlers of Catan. If they play this game with any other friends then us we call it CHEATING and are hurt for weeks J/K.
Well that is pretty much the life right now. I will make sure I update on Halloween and everything that went on in New Mexico later with photos.The Williams Familyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04638536793728368041noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7902766069509882622.post-76987224555038420602008-10-27T18:13:00.000-07:002008-10-27T18:38:01.595-07:00FishingMark and I were trying to find something fun to do this weekend and we decided to go fishing. We have a State Park Pass which gets us into any of the Texas State Parks for free until March. It is also fish for free this year within the Parks so we didn't need a fishing license for any of us. So we loaded the kids up and went to a place called Choke Canyon Lake. Well to fish in the actual Lake you need a boat. There were to many weeds around the shore to fish from it, but the kids did get to throw some rocks in.
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 400px; height: 300px;" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_tTwo0NGy3oI/SQZqCkPLdfI/AAAAAAAAAEA/8zXcbfeR7UU/s400/Kids+fishing+Choke+Canyon+TX+Oct+2008+(4).JPG" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5262009806948627954" />
SO after eating lunch and throwing rocks into the lake we decided to drive back to a litte area at the Park called 75 Acre Lake area. It is also the Tent camping site. When we got there we found a sign that said Alligators swim in these waters. I thought it was all a big joke and told Kylee, who was scared to death to fish here, that the likelyhood of actually seeing an alligator was really slim and there probably weren't even any in the Lake.
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 400px; height: 300px;" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_tTwo0NGy3oI/SQZrHbv1H7I/AAAAAAAAAEI/0Zg8JOXBSKA/s400/American+Alligator+Choke+Canyon+Oct+2008+(2).JPG" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5262010990080630706" />
Well as you can see I was wrong. If you can't tell that is an American Alligator in the photo, and yes it was real. It slowly moved back into the water as the day went on. If you know Mark and I; you know this didn't stop us. We went around the bend and fished any way. We made sure to put the two little kids right at the waters edge.
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 400px; height: 300px;" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_tTwo0NGy3oI/SQZsBu2A2nI/AAAAAAAAAEQ/6aoxME4P6Xw/s400/Preston+and+Carson+Choke+canyon+Oct+2008.JPG" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5262011991639251570" />
We did not see another alligator and we didn't catch any fish. We did see a lot of fish jumping but we could not find what they wanted to eat. All in all it was an awesome adventure.The Williams Familyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04638536793728368041noreply@blogger.com7tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7902766069509882622.post-65873246436878642772008-10-27T12:20:00.000-07:002008-10-27T12:38:38.170-07:00Picture Day and other stuff<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 400px; height: 267px;" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_tTwo0NGy3oI/SQYYF7iwWxI/AAAAAAAAAD4/-NRp_LGs1oY/s400/Sarah%27s+kids+2008+(5).jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5261919704790883090" />
As I mentioned in an earlier post when we were in Utah we had photos taken of all the grandkids. They also took individual pictures which I posted on the right. It was crazy. My two older kids were great except for the occasional wierdness about them. Kylee opens her eyes really big and looks like she is afraid of something. I call them her scary eyes. Austin didn't want to smile because he only had one front tooth and he thought her looked funny. Well he now has no front teeth and he looks even more silly. Now the two little ones were the handfuls at the picture place. Preston cried unless he was sitting on something which is relly odd and Carson would cry unless I left the room. Now I know why I miss little girls. Kylee loves getting her pictures taken. The picture that is above has me sitting under the white blanket you can see. I don't even know why I try some days.
Well to get on with the other stuff. My kids are going to drive me crazy, at least the younger two. Preston and Carson love to play with Mark and my cell phones. Which drives me nuts. Mark doesn't mind as much but I tell him it is because the boys always bring his phone back to him. Well on saturday night Mark went grocery shopping, yes my husband does the grocery shopping. He says I buy to many things that are not on the list, while he was gone he called me and I talked to me for a few minutes. I set my phone down on the counter and finished feeding the kids. After dinner we had some friends from down the road come up and roast marshmallows in our fire pit. We got back in the house and I didn't have a phone anymore. I tried to call it and the battery is dead. So if you have tried to get a hold of me on my cell within the last couple of days you have had no luck and I am sorry. Hopefully we find it soon or I am going to have to replace it and Mark said it would have to be with one of our older phone and I have hated everyone of them. That is my life right now just going through every toy and under everything I can think of to find my phone but so far with searching all day I have had no luck.The Williams Familyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04638536793728368041noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7902766069509882622.post-11529425965263531282008-10-25T19:55:00.000-07:002008-10-25T20:13:16.456-07:00Tagged againEight things that I am passionate about:
1 .My husband
2. She won't ride the rides so I wasn't going to pay to get into the park and then pay for the concert tickets. The Cheetah Girls Concert was last night. It was a girls night out. We ate at P.F. Changs. Kylee loves the Mushoo Chicken. Then we went to the concert. We ended up with pretty good seats. They were not on the floor but they were great seats. A couple of bands played before them. They were of course a little boy band called 535 and then a girl group called Clique Chicks. Apparently both groups have songs on radio disney. It was a blast. THe Cheetah Girls were awesome, but then I love things like that.
Poor Kylee, I had her out until Ten last night and then she had to go to school and take two tests. She survived. I hope that it was a night she will never forget.
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_tTwo0NGy3oI/SP-iZAl4dZI/AAAAAAAAADA/1Dakhy7b36k/s400/Cheetah+Girls+Concert+Oct+21,+2008+(15).JPG" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5260101440331347346" />
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_tTwo0NGy3oI/SP-iZ2R_MOI/AAAAAAAAADI/5Jck8s0gU6M/s400/Cheetah+Girls+Concert+Oct+21,+2008+(17).JPG" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5260101454743417058" />
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_tTwo0NGy3oI/SP-iaIoA8EI/AAAAAAAAADQ/Xk0DyJzMqUc/s400/Cheetah+Girls+Concert+Oct+21,+2008+(53).JPG" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5260101459667644482" />
I will say those girls make dancing for two hours straight with four costume changes look easy. Well there is really nothing new in my life. We made it back from Utah in one piece. It was a blast. The kids got to go camping, well at least the older two.
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_tTwo0NGy3oI/SP-ZjqyxWmI/AAAAAAAAACI/ECUT-WP86Fo/s320/Grandpa+and+kids+camping+Oct+2008+(2).JPG" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5260091727853738594" />
My dad took Austin hunting for a couple of days. It was just up the canyon so Kylee went and spent one night with them. The rest of us went up for dinner one night. We had a lot of fun it is beautiful this time of year. The leaves have started to change colors.
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_tTwo0NGy3oI/SP-akRp7gBI/AAAAAAAAACQ/UR4lv_RhJVU/s320/Nephi+Canyon+Oct+2008+(3).JPG" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5260092837797265426" />
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_tTwo0NGy3oI/SP-alY_oQYI/AAAAAAAAACY/z5G1oxJ42yk/s320/Nephi+Canyon+Oct+2008+(5).JPG" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5260092856947196290" />
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_tTwo0NGy3oI/SP-aliW_7BI/AAAAAAAAACg/sUfnJXefdDY/s320/Nephi+Canyon+Oct+2008+(9).JPG" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5260092859461135378" />
One of the nights we celebrated everyones birthday in September and August. Mostly it was a party for my nephew. I was to cheap to buy a cake for Kylee. She did get some gifts so thank you to everyone. It was a good opportunity to get a picture of my siblings.
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_tTwo0NGy3oI/SP-bYhI6EgI/AAAAAAAAACo/gS4viivUnY4/s320/Sarah+and+Siblings+Oct+2008.JPG" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5260093735306924546" />
We also took all of the Grandkids to get there pictures taken. It was crazy. Twelve kids. The oldest is nine and the youngest is I think four months. My kids were angels of course. J/k. They were the ones running around making the photographer earn his money.
Once we got back to Texas I thought we would be able to relax and get back into the swing of things. Hah. Carson and I ended up with the stomach bug the day after we got home. Apparently we caught it from Marks family. All of his family was sick the same day. So we passed that around. I think Mark and Preston were the only ones who didn't get it.
Well we are finally back to our normal lifes, whatever that is with four kids, we go to soccer practice, church meetings and school events. Yeah so much fun.The Williams Familyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04638536793728368041noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7902766069509882622.post-91245894696630677962008-10-17T12:57:00.000-07:002008-10-17T13:10:43.127-07:00Tagged againI was TAGGED by Kelsey

8 TV SHOWS I LOVE TO WATCH
1.
