Life

Hey everyone,

Well life has become a little less hectic. I only have a few things to do this week. I am trying to stay home more but of course that is sometimes not very easy.
We did not see the effects from hurricane Ike. It hit the Galveston Houston area. I was all prepared. I went to walmart and bought batteries for flashlights and I bought a bunch of water. Then we didn't even get rain. Mark was making fun of me. He wants to know what we are going to do with all the water I bought. The Army won't move liquids so it really can't go with us when we move.
Today is an awesome day outside. I went to the zoo because there is no humidity and the temperature is about 85 degrees. The wind is also blowing which is nce because we have a little breeze.
I will be going to Utah in about Ten days. I am excited but I have to do laundry and find pants for everyone. All of my kids have grown so much they don't have pants that are long enough for them. Mark would just send them to utah in floods but I won't hear of that. It will be nice to get away for a little while. It will also be nice to attend church where I have no responsability. Maybe I can actualy leave church without feeling like a have a million things to do during the week.
We went to the Tim Mcgraw concert on Thursday. We took the two older kids. They loved it. Austin fell asleep half way through it. It was a concert for service men so it was a fairly small amount of people. I mean don't get me wrong I think there were still a lot of people but it was probably considerable small for the amout of people a concert of his brings in. I didn't get any pictures, because it was an Army event you were not allowed to have a camera. I tryed to take some photos with my phone but that didn't work.
Well my children are home and it is homework time. I also need to go and do some laundry so my husband thinks I actually work around here.
Blog ya later
